A very well known name in the industry with high level talent throughout the business our client is looking for the best of the best to join the team and take ownership of one of Brisbane's teams on a landmark projects.
The Role
Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure
Manage the engineer team assisting setting out individual responsibilities, assistance with development and ensuring overall team performance
Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering structural and fitout components of a large multi-billion dollar development.
Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
Experience/Qualifications Required
A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders in a management role (minimum of 5 years)
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
Experience developing talent
Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 1 major project environment
Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
Whats on offer
$160,000 - $200,000 package (negotiable for the right candidate)
