Position: Administration Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Issuing Purchase Orders: Efficiently generate and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement.
Ordering Supplies: Oversee inventory levels and place orders for necessary materials and equipment.
Communication: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Order Management: Utilise your strong administrative skills to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a cheerful and proactive approach in all interactions to contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
