Job Description: Schibello Coffee is seeking an experienced International Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes in the Europe and UAE regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of international marketing strategies, brand positioning, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market study to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the Europe and UAE coffee markets.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies tailored to specific market dynamics and consumer preferences.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Support and assist with development of sales & communication tools to penetrate markets, find distribution opportunities & grow conversion
• Support with opportunity scoping and lead generation to find collaboration partners in new markets;
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches, brand positioning, and market expansion efforts.
• Evaluate consumer insights and behaviors to drive targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Operations to support market expansion initiatives.
• Stay updated on global market trends and regulatory changes impacting the coffee industry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher or at least 5 years relevant experience in lieu of qualification
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role, with a focus on international markets, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market study and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in advertising and marketing practices.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, French, German) is a plus.
