Platform Engineers work hard so that our Platforms are loved by their users ? our Product Engineers ? because they help them get more done, spend less time on undifferentiated heavy lifting, and more time focusing on delivering great products to our customers.
Platform Engineers take an ?automate first? approach, ensuring that deployments and operations are performed via pipelines, and using Infrastructure as Code. Wherever possible, we encourage our people to write code that does the work, and to spend dedicated time improving the flow of work.
