The Opportunity:
City FM is looking for a skilled Technical Centre Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in improving the performance of our Building Management Systems (BMS) by analyzing data, resolving system issues, and collaborating with various teams. Your technical expertise will help identify and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency across Kmart & Target stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Interrogate processes within Kmart Group/City Business to prioritize and report on BMS Technical Centre work.
Systems Development: Enhance systems to monitor, identify, and report on potential improvements within the BMS Technical Centre.
Alarm Analysis: Analyze BMS alarms to identify HVAC/Building system trends and recommend improvements.
