Westwide Heavy Diesel require Heavy Diesel Fitters/Mechanics with Earthmoving experience to join their team based at Perth Airport. We have opportunities for Workshop based and Shut Team based roles.
Workshop Based Roles:
- Working with a blue chip client
- Working on a variety of equipment including Komatsu, Hitachi, Cat and Letourneau
- Complete breakdown repairs and maintenance, general servicing and repairs to scheduled deadlines
- Assist maintenance departments with all associated works
Shut Team Based Roles:
- Work on clients shut crew completing major overhauls on mainly Hitachi and Cat Machines
- Set rosters, know where you will be and when
To be considered you will need:
- Australian recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous FIFO experience with FMG/BHP/Rio Tinto desirable
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
