The Role
We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Area Manager. The purpose of this role is to act as the frontline contact and face of OBrien within our Electrical and Plumbing Franchise network. Key success involves relationship management, and business coaching to help drive and deliver on key growth strategies. This includes:
Supporting the transition, induction and training of new franchisees into the wider business Model
Ongoing coaching, guidance and support for franchisees
