Details: ACT Corrective Services (ACTCS) is seeking applications from highly motivated, experienced and suitable individuals, interested in becoming a Correctional Officer Class 3 (CO3).
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision and management of staff and operations in Correctional facilities.
You will also have the capacity to assume control of the facility in the absence of a CO4 and/or Duty Manager.
On a day to day basis, the successful applicant will ensure safe care and custody of detainees, maintain security and supervision of staff and detainees and admit and discharge detainees in accordance with relevant legislation.
