ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced Catering Manager staff to join the team in a Full Time role supporting the service delivery of an integrated facilities service offering for our client in the vehicle manufacturing and distribution industry. The role will be based at our clients site at Wacol, QLD. The shift on hand will vary from 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. Availability between both times strongly desired.
The Catering Manager is to co-ordinate and manage the day-of-operation activities within the functional area of catering. Responsible for managing daily food preparation, production and implementation of menu in line with obligations, which are in place for a safe dining area.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Supervise the weekly/daily cleaning schedule for all food and beverage locations ensuring the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
