About the Role
As part of the Food Service department, you will ensure the efficient, timely, and cost-effective procurement and delivery of all imprests and non-stock items
Implement and maintain effective control procedures for the ordering, issue, receipt and storage of foodstuffs, equipment etc
Prepare and maintain all food production schedules.
Budgetary requirements of the department are understood and considered in the purchasing of food items.
Ensure monthly reports and audits are completed as per reporting requirements
Supervise and train the food service storepersons
Classifications for this role will range from HS2 - HS21 ($66,768 - $73,811 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution
Certificate in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
