A multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer for an 8-week placement. The key focus of this role is to ensure precise and prompt transactional processing to meet month-end demands set by the accounting team.
Your new role
A position for someone who is able to do the following:
High level of data entry skills speed and accuracy of input.
Demonstrated accounts payable and bank reconciliation experience ideally within the construction industry
High volume- 100x invoices daily.
Viewpoint or similar job costing program experience.
MS Excel & Word Basic / Intermediate.
Moderate level of written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines.
