About the Role:
You will be collaborating with stakeholders from various departments and levels to ensure commercial strategies and tactics are aligned with overarching organizational goals. You will effectively manage and mentor reporting staff, conduct regular performance reviews to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling all equipment for both planned and preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
5 years experience in Line Haul / Heavy Haulage / Oversize Perth / Supply Chain operations and people management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business Management or a relevant discipline, or extensive industry experience
Strong leadership abilities
A deep understanding of regulations, compliance, and safety standards
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), routing
