With an outstanding name in the industry, they have an opportunity now for an experienced Residential Designer/ Draftsperson to join their team in a senior role.
Your new Role
Your duties and responsibilities will involve:
Produce high quality single and double storey home designs
Ensure compliance with developer and shire requirements, R-Codes and BCA
Provide efficient design solutions to requests
Producing quality drawings
Liaise with wider construction team to ensure smooth process
Create striking elevations using 3D software packages.
About you
