The Senior Safety Assurance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring our Zero Harm values are adhered to, and that we remain compliant to system safety, regulatory and customer requirements. Working within the Engineering & Technology team, you will have a network of experienced SMEs available to support you, and as such this role may suit someone with a rollingstock background, or similar.
This is a fulltime, permanent role, based in Perth, WA About the Role: Reporting to the Discipline Manager of Safety Assurance, you will be responsible for conducting activities relevant to System Safety Assurance of the assigned assets. These activities may include, but not be limited to;
Performing safety assurance analysis of the rollingstock and facilities
Administration of the hazard log database and reporting
Interface and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Development of final safety case for certification
