Looking for an experienced prep chef for a high volume waterfront Pub in Sydney's Northern Beaches. This role includes supporting the kitchen team by conducting daily prep, assisting in the preparation of meals and maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

Must have attained a Certificate 3 in commercial cookery
High volume experience preferred
Minimum 6 months in a similar role
Practised ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc
