Responsibilities
Manage three direct reports
Oversee and manage the financial accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and analsze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Coordinate financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Prepare and analyse financial forecasts and budgets.
Provide financial advice and support to management on strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
CA or CPA qualified
Prior experience in retail or consumer goods
Proactive and self-starter, with a high level of aptitude and intellectual curiosity
Team leader and ability to mentor staff and upskill them
Excellent attention to detail
