The Employer Engagement Consultant actively engages with employers to secure sustainable job opportunities for atWork Clients. The Employer Engagement Consultant will work closely with relevant atWork Team Members to implement strategies to ensure sustainable employment, as well as provide advocacy and create disability awareness through all interactions with potential employers.
Engage with employers to develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships to secure sustainable employment for our clients
• Follow the employer service delivery model to meet employer servicing needs
• Work closely with Job Coaches to prepare clients for the local labour market
• Provide post placement support to employers as required
• Work closely with in-work support team and Job Coaches to ensure appropriate intervention strategies are implemented for any clients at risk of losing their employment
• Adhere to the MedHealth Group’s health and safety policies and guidelines; inclusive of reporting any workplace hazards or incidents, promoting workplace safety to colleagues and visitors, and actively participating in safety events and training conducted by the H&S representatives.
• Operate in a manner that upholds the Values and Behaviours of the MedHealth Group and adhere to the Code of Conduct at all times.
• Other duties as reasonably required.
Perform all work in accordance with Quality Management System and actively support the team to do this.
