Head of Business Operations

This position is responsible for managing and improving business operations, overseeing team activity and ensuring a department is on track to meet its business goals. Develop the scope of work and manage client relationships. Takes on special projects and coordinates completion. The Head of Business Operations reports directly to the COO.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make sure operations run smoothly and align with quality standard to achieve better business growth.
  • Interpret data from market research and various departments to make strategic decisions, manage complex analysis projects, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Plan, manage, execute and monitor end-to-end projects and events.
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence including budget reconciliation.
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships and rapport with customers.
  • Conducting staff performance reviews and motivating staff.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the COO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operation Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales, business development, recruitment or operations.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in managing and growing a dialysis business.

  • Strong leadership with a commitment to building a dynamic workforce.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Project management skills, including concept development, scope definition, implementation, monitoring, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
