Job Description and Responsibilities
- Receives & diligently carries out the working instructions from Marketing and/or QA/QC Department Heads to ensure smooth operation of the production plant.
- Prepares production and manpower scheduling including coordination with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
- Manages and trains the plant supervisors(Blending, Packaging. Warehousing and Maintenance) assigned to the Employee.
- Ensures that all working instruction are carried out accordance to the Company's Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP), safety standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all operational and monitoring controls that has been assigned for each Production area(Blending, Packaging. Warehousing and Maintenance) are strictly followed by all production personnel.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of plant and machinery.
- Any other responsibility will be assigned by management by time to time.
