Job Description
Summary: Manages the workforce and daily operations on-site, ensuring the project runs smoothly and safely in Mechanical aspect
・ Design and interpret Mechanical system (ACMV, FPS, plumbing/sanitary and other utilities) technical drawings.
・ Estimate, prepare and assign recourses required at site such as manpower, materials, equipment and tools.
・ Planning, implementation and monitoring of all mechanical related operations at sites as per approved drawings, specifications, standards and requirements.
・ Provide engineering and technical support at site.
・ Coordinate with Design team and Electrical Engineering team of the project.
・ Support Electrical Engineering team when required.
・ Attend all site meetings and inspections, submit work progress report to the Management regularly.
・ Liaise with authorities, vendor, contractor and subcontractor or customer.
・ Prepare and maintain project documentation.
・ Perform other administrative related duties as may be required by the Management.
Requirements
・ Education Background: Diploma and above in M&E engineering or related field
・ At least 3 years experience in Mechanical Site Supervisor in construction industry.
・ Able to read technical drawings.
・ Posses own transportation.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
