Our client, an Australian local council is looking to recruit a Senior WHS Advisor to support and maintain a working environment that is healthy, safe and looks after the well-being of all Council workers / visitors to the workplace.
As a Senior WHS Advisor, you will be reporting to the WHS Coordinator and facilitate and deliver WHS strategies and programs to support legislative compliance with an emphasis on construction and major projects. You will also be supporting the implementation and delivery of the Council?s Safety Management Systems
Your other responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to:
Provide advice on the requirements and management of safety risks in relation to high-risk work, including construction and excavation,
