Job: Motor Mechanic

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves a range of tasks from diagnostics to full vehicle restorations, ensuring a high standard of service and repair that aligns with our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify faults in engines and other essential parts.
• Skillfully dismantle, inspect, and assess engine assemblies, transmissions, and steering mechanisms for repair or replacement.
• Execute repairs or replacements of worn or defective parts, adhering closely to manufacturer guidelines and service manuals.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrications, and engine tune-ups to enhance vehicle performance and compliance with environmental standards.
• Reassemble and test mechanical components to ensure precise operation and reliability.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to optimize vehicle systems and functions.
• Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for vehicles to meet roadworthiness standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Motor Mechanic.
• Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Benefits:
