About the role
The Principal Designer is responsible coordinating and overseeing the design team to provide guidance on priorities and monitoring daily productivity of their team. In addition, the Principal Designer provides expertise in the development of multi discipline projects whilst ensuring designs comply to company standards and relevant Australian Standards and Building Codes.
The Principal Designer provides a key interface for other MRL business entities including Mining Services, MinRes Energy and the Environmental and Heritage teams, where project constraints are established and incorporated into the design from an early stage.
