About the Role
Black Star Pastry is on the look-out for an experienced Baristas and Cafe All-Rounders to join our team located in Rosebery's iconic Cannery precinct.
Although famous for our cakes we take a lot of pride in our coffee too and partner with St Ali to provide the full specialty coffee experience. Surely you cant have one without the other!
We are looking for a people focused individuals who loves working in a team and delivering the best experience to our guests.
About You
At least 1 year experience as a Barista or Front of House All-Rounder
Ability to connect with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
Motivated and positive team player
Gets a kick out of maintaining consistent product quality
Authentic and down to earth with a genuine love of people
