The Venue The much loved, heritage-listed, Alexandria Hotel has been saved from the wrecking ball and we are excited to bring you Backyard at The Alex. With large outdoor communal tables, a basketball ring and frisbees you can expect to settle in with live entertainment and sport. The Alex is family and dog-friendly because our backyard is your backyard. The Role We are looking for a Head Chef to head up the team at The Alex. You will be joining a small team that delivers pub classics with a sprinkling of Mexican dishes. We are looking for someone who can drive the menu forward and continue creating simple yet flavoursome dishes, working alongside the executive chef.
