The Opportunity:Liebherr-Australia is seeking a passionate and energetic individual HR enthusiast to join our national team on an 18 month fixed term maternity leave coverage assignment. There may be an ongoing opportunity for the right person. You will be committed to providing effective back-end HR support services and contributing to a networked HR team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business. Ideally this role will suit a competent administrator, with experience in HR and People Management systems, aspiring to expand their HR skills and advance their career, involving in a broad range of Human Resources and Employee Relations support activities.
Responsibilities include:
Support end to end recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and pre-employment checks
Support onboarding process for new employees
Provide low risk advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and procedure
Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations issues
