Job Description
Sessional (part-time) Senior and Ordinary Members (including those appointed in a sessional capacity) are allocated to hear and determine, mediate or conduct conferences about matters within the jurisdiction of the ACT Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
Expressions of interest are sought from all areas of the legal community, including the private, government and community sectors. Relevant qualifications, skills and areas of experience include law, alternative dispute resolution, health care and health professions, social welfare, building and construction.
