• 11+ Years of total experience, 6 years in Business Analysis.
• Support process of Business context and Requirements gathering.
• Undertake technical analysis; define and document business logic; mapping and governance and success criteria.
• Develop and test the code based on understanding of requirements.
• Support defining of MVPs; features/stories and benefits, Estimates, development of flight plans.
• Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies – Iteration Planning/Stand-up meetings/Retrospectives/Showcases.
• Facilitate elaborations sessions; attend and facilitate other workshops as necessary.
• Work collaboratively maintaining ongoing dialogue and relationships with Stakeholders as part of continued solution development and support.
• Data/ETL experience and adding Project lifecycle experience.
• Track record of working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in working with distributed teams.
• Advanced problem solving & troubleshooting skills; business research and analytical skills.
• Strong in SQL, Data Analysis and Data Profiling skills.
• Familiarity with Data Modelling and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Knowledge of a variety of database platforms, e.g. Netezza, Oracle, DB2, etc.
