We are a very established CrossFit gym and community in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We have a long term members base and we are looking for a long term Head Coach to help us drive the gym and community to an even higher levels. Qualifications & experience
MUST HAVE'S - Current CF L1 or higher. Minimum 2 years Head Coach experience with references. Specialist coaching credentials (Oly lifting cert, gymnastics cert, etc).
- Proven skills in face-to-face delivery of programs. Proven expertise in client data, client monitoring, client retention and client results.
Desired Skills - Fitness background of school representative athlete, CF representative, regional or higher athlete. High level of personal strength and conditioning training experience.
Tasks & responsibilities
- We are looking for a Head Coach to lead one of our established CF gyms in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
- The Head Coach will lead the coaching team, deliver face to face classes and develop the brand, community, competitions and events in and out of the gym.
- The Head Coach will oversee the gyms programs and provide feedback on the program and delivery.
- We are looking for a Head Coach with a great personality to lead the gym to a new level of professionalism, coaching and community.
- The Head Coach will be responsible for client care and retention.
- The Head Coach will work towards gym KPI's and goals with the management team.
