The Position
Plan, coordinate and monitor functions and events across the campus ensuring seamless function delivery
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Preparing function sheets for the kitchen and quoting for the clients.
Maintain focus on Food and People safety
Plan, facilitate and oversee logistics- from first contact and setup to function execution and breakdown
