Our Sustainability team works diligently across the breadth of our operations, setting sustainability commitments and policies in critical areas such as human rights, responsible sourcing, plastics and packaging, waste and carbon, health, and community.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee ALDI Australia’s community investment program including program governance, day-to-day implementation, project management, and financial and business reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement employee, business partner and customer engagement programs.
- Build and manage relationships with ALDI’s community partners to develop aligned and productive relationships.
- Support the monitoring, development and implementation of legislative and organisational policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise on ALDI’s community investment strategy and projects.
