Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team on a 12-month maximum term assignment to support an exciting project servicing rural WA which is the largest project of its kind globally. Your new role As a contract manager, you will be accountable for driving the overall performance of high-value contracts within your portfolio to ensure they are delivered and managed in line with the company framework. Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing CMPs which fully meet contractual requirements within a given framework.
Reviewing deliverables against KPIs.
Ensuring receipt and approval of contractor plans in line with the contract.
Monitoring contractor compliance.
Verifying claims including progress claims, variations and extensions.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will ideally come with:
A degree in business, law or commerce.
Contract management qualifications.
Broad and extensive knowledge and expertise in contract management.
Significant experience in contract management specifically within high value and complex portfolios.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
