Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator

The Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator is responsible f or supporting the use of SCCs fit-for-purpose tools, strategies, and frameworks to boost the organisation's culture, capacity and capability, and for providing accurate and timely information to key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities include: providing support for SCC's internal systems, contributing positively to the team, promoting a workplace that aligns with SCC's purpose and values, liaising and collaborating with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure an efficient and positive experience for our team members.
Capabilities :

Relationship Management: An ability to build and nurture relationships, coupled with effective communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Coordination: Proficient in scheduling and managing learning and organisational development activities such as regular meetings and / or updates, presentations, and organisation wide mandatory learning offerings and other similar activities.
System Support: Demonstrated experience supporting team
