We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses with at least 2 years in the field for the following specializations: Perioperative: - PACU - Recovery - Surgical - Anaesthetic Critical Care: - Emergency - Intensive Care - Coronary Care - Cardiac Cath Lab Duties and Responsibilities: Under the guidance of your manager, as a Registered Nurse Level 1, you will: - Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide care that prioritizes patients' needs and operates within an ethical and professional framework. - Adhere to Legislation: Practice in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Respect Individuals: Recognize and honor the dignity, culture, values, beliefs, and rights of patients and groups. - Advocate for Patient Rights: Support individuals and groups in securing their rights to appropriate nursing care within the organizational structure. - Operate Within Scope: Understand and work within your defined scope of practice. - Apply Knowledge and Skills: Utilize nursing and healthcare knowledge to deliver safe and effective care. - Follow Policies and Standards: Integrate organizational policies and professional standards into your practice. - P erform Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks relevant to your role that support the unit and organization.
