Manage a portfolio of 175 - 180 retail/industrial properties
The portfolio is in pristine condition - yes you hear that all the time but this has been managed by the same person for 10 years!
Team of 14. A very social office - lunches every Friday!
Using Released software
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Full accounts support onsite
PMs do all ESM, renewals and arrears
