Detail Facility Management Pty Ltd, a reputable facility management company based in Melbourne, is seeking an experienced and talented ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are known for delivering a wide array of facility management services including restoration and cleaning services, meticulously tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our dedicated team operates around the clock, providing top-tier services to businesses and institutions throughout Victoria. Our team is based at Unit 6 7-9 Linmax Court, Point Cook, Victoria 3030

As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions that align with our company's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of technology, business processes, and project management, along with experience in project management, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and develop corresponding technology solutions
• Ensure technology systems support business objectives
• Manage projects from start to finish, including testing and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Manage projects using project management methodologies and techniques, including planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation
• Ensure the quality and integrity of systems through the creation and implementation of test plans
• Develop user and training materials, conduct training sessions, and serve as a subject matter expert
• Define functional specifications for system developers to follow
• Model data and processes to create clear system specifications
• Act as a primary point of contact and provide guidance in system project decision making

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service and people skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment.

Skills & Experience:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of technology, business processes, and project management
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal History Check
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Rewards:
Qualified candidates can look forward to a competitive salary package of AU$75,000 per year plus super for a full-time, permanent role working 38 hours per week.
