Our client is a fast-growing tech consultancy headquartered in Sydney CBD. The business has a rare opening for a seasoned HR & Payroll Systems and iChris / Chris21 Specialist, to join their high performing team.
In this full-time permanent position, you'll be working in modern and central o ffices with flexible / hybrid working. You'll be teaming up with the internal HR & Payroll team as well as supporting and consulting the businesses clients with a focus to configure, maintain, and supercharge their iChris payroll system.

Main re sponsibilities;
Configure and manage the iChris payroll system, including employee profiles, payroll codes, tax settings, and deductions.
Develop and execute test plans for Chris21/iChris systems, resolving issues with development teams
Collaborate to streamline payroll processes with integrations.
Managing the day-to-day (BAU) operations, collaborating on integrations, and working with enterprise clients
To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of iChris or Chris21 and would have operated as a System Admin. You'll have a minimum of 5+ years proven experience in end-to-end enterprise payroll processing. You will have excellent communication and partnering skills as this role will have you collaborating with all levels of employees, from admin to CEO. You'll have a customer focussed approach and will enjoy working autonomy and with a team to consult your clients and help them guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.
