You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team on your various projects.
We have an opportunity for an experienced process driven, detailed Administrator that is fluent across Microsoft Suite. Purchase Plus, Sidekick & Opera Cloud exposure &/or understanding would be advantageous. This role is perfect for someone wanting to gain exposure to the dynamic hotel engineering operations for a 6 month fixed term, with the potential for extension.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Email correspondence
- Handling of invoices, purchase orders & reconciliations.
- Communication with internal stakeholders, such as our Hotel Manager, leadership team & contractors
- Follow up & update compliance requirements
- Extraction of data for reporting
