About the Graduate Program
You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry level customers within a designated industry to start you on your career. You will be eligible for our performance based Bonus after 6 months and after 12 months a review for a vehicle allowance. There are clear lines of progression within Redox with numerous examples of long term tenure. More than just a job, Redox offers a career.
About the role
This role is balanced between hands-on visits with your customers and desk-based work.
A typical day involves information gathering, creating proposals, price negotiation, customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
· Degree in either Business or Science
· An interest in Chemistry or Business
· Goal-orientated
· Curious and enthusiastic to learn
· Enjoy developing relationships
· Previous customer service experience e.g. retail or hospitality
