Who we’re looking for:

The Remuneration and Benefits Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role ensures that the organization’s compensation and benefits offerings. The role works closely with various stakeholders to support the company’s strategic goals through effective reward strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintenance of the remuneration framework:
    • Support the ongoing design of the FleetPartners remuneration framework, including salary structures, sales incentive plans, and short-term incentive plans.
    • Conduct annual benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
    • Manage annual salary review processes and provide recommendations based on performance and market data
    • Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
  • Benefits management:
    • Oversee the management of team member benefits programs, such as team member discount platforms
    • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefit offerings to meet team member needs and business strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Sourcing, analysing and modelling remuneration data and insights to inform reward solutions.
    • Utilise HR data to generate insights and reports on compensation and benefits trends.
    • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators related to reward and recognition programs.
    • Prepare reports on team member movements and trends to understand workforce demographics.
  • Compliance and Governance:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting compensation and benefits.
    • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward, identifying emerging trends impacting on the Group's reward strategies and frameworks.
  • A track record in delivering remuneration projects and solutions within an ASX organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to concisely and quickly generate insights from data. Strong Excel skills are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working consultatively with others and demonstrated capability to influence
  • Understanding of the financial services environment is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated understanding of equity and employee share schemes
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business related field
