The Role
We are a bespoke private tour company. The key objective of this role is to efficiently manage company resources to achieve set objectives including customer service, operational, legal, and budgetary requirements.
In this role, you will show passion and be knowledgeable about the Tropical North Queensland and broader Australian tourism market, ensuring our product remains top of mind with existing clients and helping us to broaden our client base.
Reporting to the Owner, your key responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming and greeting visitors.
• Creating and adjusting schedules and itineraries.
• Organizing and leading tours.
• Coordinating transportation and accommodation for visitors according to planned itineraries.
• Booking required services for each tour.
• Preparing budgets and controlling expenses for the tours.
Required Experience and Skills
• Fluent in English, Spanish , Catalan & Portuguese, conversational French and Italian would be well regarded
• Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service
• Experience in the luxury travel sector and high-end experiences
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Professional appearance
• Capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Driver’s License or ability to obtain
• Passenger Authority or “H” Endorsement or ability to obtain
• First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Commitment to highest level of customer engagement and satisfaction
