Your New Role As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key member of a supportive team of logistics professionals. You'll manage relationships with overseas suppliers and handle all aspects of the air freight process, ensuring efficient and timely operations. Your Responsibilities
Place and manage air freight orders with overseas suppliers, monitor shipment progress, and follow up to ensure timely arrivals
Work with freight forwarders to negotiate competitive rates for air cargo bookings, balancing cost and service quality
Oversee the preparation and management of air freight documents, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with customs agents, warehouses, and transport companies to ensure efficient customs clearance and smooth handling of air shipments
Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and transport contractors about air freight schedules, delivery statuses, and any issues that may arise

About You
Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Freight Forwarder, Imports Clerk, Exports Clerk or Air Freight Coordinator
Air Freight experience desirable
Previous experience with Cargowise
Possess a high level of communication
Intermediate MS Office skills
