Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, and Chefs/Cooks must also hold a relevant trade qualification.
Duties for the Restaurant Manager role may include:
- Organising functions and planning menus
- Overseeing and training kitchen staff
- Providing excellent customer service to customers and ensuring they are satisfied with their meals
- Purchasing goods and making sure stock levels are recorded
- Pricing goods to help meet the budget
Duties for the Chef/Cook role may include:
- Planning menus and ordering food supplies
- Checking quality of dishes while preparing and serving
- Cooking and plating food
- Purchasing and pricing goods according to budget
- Following health and safety regulations
A salary between $73,150 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
