Duties:
Customer service on phone calls and high level communication skills.
Liaising with technicians
Problem solving mentality
Collecting customer information
Day to day administration duties
Prioritizing tasks as and when they come in.
Managing calls every day.
Building relationships with other divisions.
Logistics coordination.
Hours 7:30am- 4pm daily
