Could you be our next Director of Consumer & Business Insights?
Serving over 2 million customers a day across more than 1000 restaurants nationally, McDonald’s Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced insights professional to join the team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the Australian Leadership Team, overseeing commercial, consumer and business insights portfolios with a focus on achieving and sustaining long-term brand equity and profitable growth. In an agile operating environment, you will play a critical role in driving data strategic initiatives to propel McDonald’s forwards.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Providing strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team and partnering closely with the Marketing Leadership team
- Overseeing the commercial, consumer and business insights streams to ensure the business is equipped with relevant data to make effective decisions
- Curating data driven narratives to inspire and influence stakeholders across the business
- Presenting regular market updates to the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholder groups including Licensee forums
- Demonstrating purposeful leadership to maintain a high-performing team and continually developing talent
- Building strong interpersonal relationships across all three legs of the stool: Licensees, Employees and Suppliers to ensure effective partnerships and collaboration
- Integral member of the Global Insights Leadership Team
