They currently boast a robust presence across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager for their new student accommodation property located in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to property management, leasing & lease renewals, pastoral care, facilities management, and customer service.
Have detailed knowledge of all management agreements and ensure that the business performs and exceeds expectations/KPIs on the key roles and responsibilities as outlined
