The ideal candidate will present with:
• Relevant qualifications no less than a Diploma level, plus 2 years full time employment experience; or at least 3-years employment experience without a qualification.
• Knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine
• Ability and experience working autonomously in a fast-paced commercial kitchen with a talented kitchen staff
• Ability to deliver high quality cuisine
• Experience planning menus and specials
• Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends
