Il Toscano, Italian restaurant in Long Jetty, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role is varied and includes the following duties and responsibilities:
- Managing all operations of the restaurant;
- Organizing the menus in collaboration with the chefs;
- Maintaining records of stocks and goods, organizing orders with suppliers based on seasonality and availabilities;
- Ensuring the correct management of the budget and report to the owner;
- Monitoring actions of staff and customers at all times;
- Recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff;
- Ensuring that all staff follow the policies and procedures and hygiene standards at all times in all venue;
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the role,
- Exceptional customer service,
- Management skills
- Knowledge of Italian products and cuisine.

Salary: $ 73,000 - $90,000 based on skills and experience
