• Contract Negotiation and Procurement: Negotiate contracts, liaise with vendors, and source materials and services at competitive prices to optimize project costs. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment to ensure project timelines are met.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site teams, including labour resources and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and safety.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to Kwik Formwork's high standards of performance, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. Oversee building inspections and compliance with local authorities and regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure proactive problem-solving and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project outcomes, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project management, with a strong background in formwork, concrete, and structural engineering projects in a similar environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling software, and cost management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
