Pilloni Restaurant is now looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Oversees the efficient running and profitability of the Restaurant and managing our employees;
Coordinate daily front and back of the Restaurant operations;
Ensure highest quality food and service is always delivered to the customer;
Monitor customer satisfaction;
Assist with catering orders and special orders;
Organise, lead and motivate the team;
Ensure sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness and maintenance of food service and dining areas comply with health and safety regulations;
Handle and resolve customer complaints; and provide high level of customer service;
Ensure all staff are well informed of any business changes for example: menu changes and ingredient changes, special occasions or orders;
Organise and prepare staff daily and weekly rosters;
Assist with the recruiting, training and supervising of staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
Cash handling and retail banking;
Health and safety of employees and patrons;
Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent malfunction and deterioration;
Ensure all work and storages are properly cleaned, organised and maintained during and at the end of the shift;
Safe operation of cooking appliances and maintaining hygienic working conditions;
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Strong management skills;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to manage all the operations of the restaurant

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
